When Shimon Weizman, the current owner of Trentham Tucker bought the company in 2011, it was a small bakery.  Trentham Tucker has now grown into a highly sought after, gourmet brand producing delicious, high quality products.  Our range continues to grow and now includes crispbreads in a range of flavours, lavosh, traditional style sienna panfortes, Christmas cakes, jams and nuts.  Many of our products are Christmas favourites and are featured in specialty hampers.
